1. The raw paper problem

Most factories use color double offset paper or recycled paper, or mixed pulp as raw materials. Due to too many impurities in the raw materials, various instabilities will occur to the coated sublimation paper. Many companies are eager to save costs to choose this type of paper for the low price. Still, the unstable paper quality will cause various problems during the following production process, making digital printing companies even more miserable.
 

2. Production coating problems

Due to the fierce market competition, many sublimation paper factories have adopted the policies like reducing production costs, small profits, but quick turnover to occupy the market. They are adopting one-layer coating production at a time. This may reduce many costs during production and will naturally generate huge profits. But this is very irresponsible because one-time coating or in-machine coating cannot detect the quality of the finished sublimation paper. Whether good or bad, the defective paper will be directly cut and packaged, and sold on the market during the production process. When the end-user uses, various problems will naturally occur, leading to large-scale economic losses and making digital printing companies lose market opportunities.
 

3. Different from the confirmed samples

This situation is common and very simple. When we got the test samples, the quality of the sublimation transfer paper was qualified. But, when the bulk of the product was delivered, some manufacturers would switch the raw materials due to profit factors. Such vicious and irresponsible manufacturers only care about profit, not responsibility. It has also had a terrible influence on the industry.
 

4. Use low grammage for high grammage

Some customers think that buying a product with the same weight of paper that is cheaper than others is taking advantage of choosing the correct supply. In fact, our paper-making companies are very aware of the product prices of our peers, and the price of paper with the same weight and the same raw material will not be too far apart. Those cheap papers generally use low grammage to pass for a higher grammage. Customers are not professionally engaged in paper production, as long as there are no big problems in the use process, suppliers would muddle through using those unqualified papers. Customers don't know that the supplier has already made huge profits from filling low-weight products with high-weight products.
